I bought a stretching machine, and the rubber handle was cracked. I reached out to Valor, and they sent a replacement in a day or two. I appreciate Valor for fixing the problem. The person who helped me was really good. I sent them the broken part, and they kept me updated through emails and a tracking number. Thanks for your good service.

I had some small problems with the equipment
I had some small problems with the equipment that was delivered. I reached out to the warranty department and left a message. They called me back the next day and sent the missing/replacement parts. Good customer service.

Came fast, packed good
Came fast, packed good, easy to set up, works good. The bench is comfy. The bend in the press feels natural. No problem on my shoulders. I can focus on my chest with this machine.

Engineering Adjustments Needed
The engineering mechanics of the machine are off. As a person of normal stature, I found the arm pad requires modification for correct elbow rotation. Additionally, the gear sprocket and handle connection point need further engineering. It's worth noting that the machine is Chinese-made. Considerations for design improvements are recommended before achieving optimal functionality.
